Hey BitchezZzZzZzzzzz,
Welcome back and Happy Women's History month! Keeping up with our usual trend, we're focusing on providing you comedic relief and of course, our opinions.
On today's episode Lydia shares an unpopular opinion on our gal Kimmy K and we share with you our favourite women and how they've bettered our life. We've both had some teachers who have made an amazing impact on our lives, as Lydia said, the world really is a better place with them in it. Love our friends who continue to support us and keep us in their priorities, you're the real MVP's.
We're happy you're here with us. Thank you for bringing your ears, we love you xoxo

turning my heart to goop while collecting jars of poop
Welcome back, beautiful bitcheZz.
Todays episode contains heavy themes of laughter, feel good stories and of course, poop.
As the world crumbles around us, we figured we would create a safe space for our IC&M family to disconnect from the worlds current events and enjoy some good news as well as stories that aren’t completely soul crushing.
Pick your poison, sit back and relax while we chat about the good shit.
We love u, bitches. Thank you for your ears

hey bitchezZz, we are 17 episodes deep! Can you believe it!?!? FIRST AND FOREMOST; we want to give a huge shout out to Canada’s Women’s Hockey Team for bringing home the GOLD!!! We are so proud of you, Team Canada 🇨🇦
This weeks episode we discuss why we didn't record last week, Charlotte's love for rugs, how McDonald's almost killed Lydia, what it is like to be a woman in today's society and how men can be better allies. Women need men to listen, understand the challenges women face in the workplace and in their everyday life; respect our boundaries and offer support when needed, not when you deem it is necessary.
To quote the great Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark of MFM: "Fuck Politeness" lady/theydy friends and stay the fuck alive!!
If you're interested in the book we discussed; you can find it online.

can you braid my as*hole hair in booksdawhoduh?
Welcome to episode 16 BITCHEZZZZ!
Thank you for bringing your ears and spending a moment of your day with us! We talk about butthole hair, getting your ass kicked all the way to booksdawhoduh and everything in between! This weeks episode touches about the soul crushing housing market and the struggles young people are currently facing while trying to secure a dwelling. Do your research and know your rights as a tenant, and as a landlord especially if you're purchasing a home with an existing tenant. You can find Ontario resources here: https://tribunalsontario.ca/ltb/
We're a little late on this but January was Cervical Cancer Awareness Month and February 4th was WORLD CANCER DAY! This is (and always will be) a great time to talk about how human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines can help prevent cancer from developing. If you identify as a male and live in Ontario, we implore you to get the HPV vaccine as it is free up until the age of 27 and you are known to be the dominant carrier. Those who identify as female can receive the vaccine for free up until the age of 24/25. Please consult your family doctor for more information. We are not people within the medical field and this is not medical advice.
A HUGE shout out goes out to our gal pal, Angele for her brilliant artwork! Give her page a follow @angiedoodlesdi and her photography page @rigetownphotography

you owe me a billion dollars
Welcome to episode 15 of Iced Coffee and Margaritas. My (Lydia’s) apologies for getting this up a day late… the current state of our country’s capital has been truly crushing to witness and it is beyond emotionally exhausting. Please keep in mind that this episode was recorded well before the “small fringe minority” made their way to Ottawa to protest like petulant toddlers. It was not known to Charlotte or Lydia that this protest was inherently racist and based in white supremacy. To our friends and family in Ottawa, we see you, we love you and offer our support during these truly unprecedented times. The links provided below are some resources to access services within Ontario and the GTA. Make a plan, you are worth it🤍.
