Can you create amazing and colourful prints with recycled materials? It seems you definitely can! Debbie Leech is Weymouth artist who embraced lockdown by learning how to print using used Tetrapak containers. Listen to her explain to Jason how she got into printing in this innovative and sustainable way. Her work is currently on display at the shop and prices start at just £10. There will be more episodes on foraging, retrofitting houses to be more energy efficient, sustainable planning, local aquaculture and other Circular Economy adventures soon.

Weymouth COP26 Rally Speeches - 6 Nov 2021
Weyforward attended the local COP26 rally and recorded the speeches before the march. We thought those who couldn't attend might like to hear them. Turn the volume up as we were a little way away from the speaker but we have checked and you can hear the speakers clearly. We will be publishing more podcast episodes (recorded at The Circular Shop in Lennox St) about climate, the environment, upcycling, recycling, foraging, mental health and other local activity around how to prepare and best play our part to aid resilience.

Weyforward at The Repair Cafe at the Palm House
Our latest venture, The Social Learning Club in partnership with The Lantern and Dorset Community Action (and funded with a grant from the European Social Fund and the Education and Skills Funding Agency), is based around helping anyone learn anything using the Internet and handheld devices. We have done donated smartphones and two needed new screens. Air FM were there and wanted a chat! Have a listen.
