    Welcome to the Local Government Leaders podcast from Public Intelligence and the MJ. This episode features a conversation between Baroness Scott of Bybrook and Mike Bennett when they met recently in the House of Lords.

    Jane Scott, has been the Conservative leader of the Wiltshire Council since June 2009 and before that of its predecessor, the former Wiltshire County Council between 2003 and 2009. Jane was made OBE in the 2010 created a life peer in 2015. Following the recent local elections Jane was again elected leader of the council.
