He would like to see Milwaukee and other Midwest cities to gain more of a national identity, which will benefit the cities. Secondly, Luke discusses three violent incidents that reflect modern society. COVID lockdowns seem to be a continued cause of these type of incidents. Finally, Luke argues WI relaxed COVID rules, and MKE’s reasonable COVID strategy may be pulling people to the area. Can Milwaukee and Southeastern WI benefit when it’s all said and done?
