Rest
Tim reveals his inability to really rest for much of his life. Rest is really a gift from God. Rest may be experienced in different ways but few of us allow ourselves to participate. We believe that there is always something that needs to be done. Yet, God insists that we take a day each week, called the Sabbath, to recalibrate, enjoy His creation and celebrate His love for us. Seriously, why wouldn't we take advantage of such a gift?
