Hey y’all! So my original post to social media didn’t work, so instead I took the recording I made for the prompts and put them on my public podcast. This is a huge vulnerable moment for me lol. This Cleanse hosted by Nerissa Nefertiti also known as nenefemhealth was created for the course of 14 days and includes daily prompts and affirmations as it pertains to the healing and even unlocking of the divine Feminine energy we individually possess. In this episode, you hear me personally catch up on day 7. I started and I gave up because at the time I felt the Feminine part of me didn’t need healing, just a place to be. Only to realize the place(s) she wanted to be was a space where she could heal. In turn, you hear me have a lot of revelations. Live. In action lol also. Don’t come for my smoke detector.
