If there is one thing Ghana is rich in is it’s resources in food and the Ghana Food Movement understands that. The relationship a lot of black people have with their hair hasn’t always been the best and some people till day still don’t have a good relationship with their hair because of some traumas when they used to get their hair done as kids. I can totally relate! It was lovely speaking to Yasmin Botchway, the owner of The YB Studio, a modern healthy hair studio in Ghana and also in the UK about hair care. Yasmin and I delve into her passion for hair and beauty, what healthy hair is and we also touch on how natural hair isn’t better than relaxed hair and vice-versa.
