45. Intimacy Uncovered

On this episode of the I Am Truth and Love podcast Beau and Shanna close out the last 2 months of challenges they have issued with the why behind the challenges. If you haven't followed along on facebook or Instagram I Am Truth and Love released two challenges 1. Make out with your spouse for 30 seconds for 30 days and see what it does to your intimacy and connection. 2. The Flirty Thirty challenge, flirt with your spouse using one of the flirty ideas we released or using your own every day. These are fun, light hearted challenges but as we started issuing these challenges we noticed some people didn't think it went far enough and some people felt very nervous about accepting the challenge.
