Lisa cared for her mom, Dorothy, for the last three years of Dorothy’s life and battle with dementia. “It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but I have no regrets,” says Lisa. “However, there are many things I wish I’d known before beginning the caregiving journey with my mom.”
