Cocktail of the Week:

East India Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Brandy

1/2 oz. Rum, Jamaican (or Sailor Jerry if you an Ivy)

1 dash Triple Sec

1 dash Bitters

1 dash Pineapple Juice

1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos

Put everything but the cherry into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and top with a cherry.
