Response to Ideological Segregation Sectarian States

This episode is a response to a DM asking about how a separated US would work. The DM treats the divorced US as something along very strict ideological segregation, which I don't think would happen, but I look at what I think would be realistic and also at a more idealistic vision to see what the proper response would be.
