The data can then provide the agency with valuable information about revenue by client, policy and carrier, policy count and employee workload and productivity.  Analyzing the data can give the agency important knowledge about customer behaviors for the agency to anticipate and be proactive in meeting the customer’s needs.

In this episode of Agenius, COVID-19 has made working remotely a necessity and reality for agencies.  A recent OIA survey showed 75% of independent insurance agencies are not equipped for their employees to work remotely while 25% are prepared and have the technological capabilities for their employees to work remote.
