Leah had babies!
As you know, if you've been listening from the beginning, this podcast was started with Leah. Shortly after us starting the podcast, Leah had to step back due to baby appointments and needing to put her pregnancy and family first.
The twins are now a little over a month old and she's ready to share her experience with the birth of her twins.

Breastfeeding - love it or hate it? feat. Autumn
In this episode we discuss our experiences with breastfeeding.
If it seems that we come across as not being advocates for it, please know that is not the case. I breastfed my first kid for 9 months, my second for 18, and my third for 5 months. We do discuss how it was not always an enjoyable experience and the difficulties we faced.
If you're struggling with breastfeeding, please reach out to your provider, lactation consultant, or reach out to La Leche League at https://www.llli.org for more resources.
Remember the lanolin cream, be patient with yourself, use your providers, monitor if your baby is making wet diapers, these are things that can bring you peace of mined. Remember that cluster feeding helps get your supply up even though it may make you want to give up.
MY GOAL IS TO DRIVE HOME THE POINT that as long as your baby is being fed and loved - you are doing the right thing.
