emma prefers to share her thoughts with a microphone rather than a physical human being, so thank god she has a podcast. recorded from the comfort of her bed...and some other fun places, emma talks at length about whatever is on her mind every week. anything really does go on this podcast. sometimes philosophy, sometimes a random story from 10 years ago, sometimes advice, sometimes fun interviews, and sometimes nothing at all. you never know what you are going to get, but that’s what keeps it interesting. new episodes every thursday and sunday, video available only on spotify.

psychedelic therapy, a talk with robin carhart-harris
[video available on spotify] i've dabbled in the world of psychedelics a little bit. i've taken mushrooms a few times, but i really don't know a lot about psychedelics. however, it's becoming an increasingly more relevant topic as it's been revealed that they can help with mental health issues and have therapeutic qualities. robin carhart-harris is a pioneer and leading researcher in neuroscience and psychopharmacology, best known for his groundbreaking work on how psychedelics affect the brain and how they can be used to treat mental health issues. in 2019, he founded the world's first center for psychedelic research at imperial college london. basically, he’s all about using psychedelics to help human suffering to improve the quality of people's lives. so today, we're going to learn a new definition of psychedelics with robin carhart-harris.

imposter syndrome, a talk with emma
i've talked a lot publicly about my imposter syndrome because it's something that i've struggled with since i was a teenager. but i had sort of an epiphany recently that imposter syndrome isn't really a relevant struggle for me in my life anymore. it's definitely still a challenge, but it's just not as big of a deal as it used to be for me. and i think i figured out how i overcame it. so that's what i wanna discuss today - how i fixed my imposter syndrome.

indecisiveness, a talk with emily p. freeman
[video available on spotify] something that we do every day that we don't think about enough is make decisions. we don't consider the decisions that we make as deeply as i think we could. that’s why i'm so excited to be speaking to emily p. freeman today because her mission is to help people get out of a rut, and get better at making decisions. she’s the author of the book, the next right thing: a simple, soulful practice for making life decisions, and the host of the podcast, the next right thing. i'm excited to discuss the art of decision making with emily today because when you really think about it, a lot of stress and discomfort starts with a decision that needs to be made. so let’s bring in emily.

Emma’s podcast on Thursdays is my ritual
I love how Emma is like a big sister that give us advice and talks about life very genuine but in a positive and charismatic way. Is the only podcast that I actually listen and enjoy it. I even have a ritual for listening this podcast and always end feeling better. Also improves my English because I live in Guatemala.
