How Events Can Increase Your Credibility

How Events Can Increase Your Credibility

When hosting events, many entrepreneurs struggle to increase their credibility in their industry. This goal can be achieved through three steps. First, position yourself as an expert of your industry or the topic of your event. Second, by ensuring your events are high quality, your attendees will spread the word about you and your events, leading to referrals and new clients. Third, partnering with media outlets and influencers exponentially increases both your credibility and visibility, because you will be able to gain the trust of your partner's audience. Lastly, increasing your credibility allows you to charge more for your events, products, and services.

5 Reasons Why You Struggle To Sell Tickets For Your Event

5 Reasons Why You Struggle To Sell Tickets For Your Event

In this episode, Chatoya gives solutions to five common problems people encounter when getting others interested in attending their event. The first solution is to create a unique event that is focused on a topic that can be executed successfully, rather than looking to other events for inspiration. The second solution is to make an event specific, rather than trying to fit several unrelated topics into a single event. Thirdly, it is crucial to know who an events audience is, and be able to effectively target that group. Fourth, building loyalty with the targeted audience causes people to consistently return to events, and be able to rely on the pricing and quality. The fifth solution is to develop and strengthen a marketing plan.
