USFCA Alum Gonzalo (Sal) Torres, Esq. (He/Him/el), Senior Legal Director at Equinix, has an award-winning track record of successfully combining in-house Legal Affairs leadership and private practice experience. Sal manages a team of 28 lawyers and para-professionals and handles complex commercial agreements and software licensing agreements as well as manages outside counsel, develops and implements corporate and compliance programs. He applies the same rigor and passion when meeting with future lawyers and students, he has years of expertise and wisdom to bestow on the next generation of lawyers. Sal has turned around many legal teams from ones with low morale and productivity to ones that personify high energy and creativity.
