Each woman deserves an outlet to tell their story, their journey to becoming a mom, because it is theirs... unique, sometimes trauma and hardship filled, but that sweet baby makes it always worth it.
MOMPowered can help show other women that they’re not alone and, while no journey is perfect, it’s beautiful.
As you listen to each woman speak, my wish is that it empowers more of you to listen to your gut in pregnancy, make choices for yourself in your labor & delivery, look for support in postpartum, and always advocate for yourself & baby throughout the entire journey.

MOMPowered Episode 5: On Her Unconventional Road to Pregnancy & Changing Her Birth Plan in the Middle of Labor with Julie Lauscher
MOMPowered Episode 5: IVF Pregnancy Journey with Julie Lauscher
On this week’s episode I chat with Julie, a stay at home mama of 1, who used her postpartum depression as an outlet to start her beautiful shop @littlefawnhandmade 💗
We dive deep into her journey to pregnancy, which includes multiple rounds of IVF. For her... three was the magic number. But a hard journey to getting pregnant, didn’t end in an easy pregnancy or labor.
Listen in as she shares her hardships getting pregnant and her feelings of guilt during pregnancy.
She recommends talking to someone during the entire process, and remembering...
YOU ARE STRONG.
YOU ARE CAPABLE.
Your story might be different, but if you relate to anything she said, feel free to follow her & chat more with her about her journey! She’ll gladly pull out all her folders! 😆 She’ll even send you a funny meme or two.
Share this with mama who needs the extra support during this tough journey, or needs to know there’s a rainbow at the end of the storm. -
MOMPowered Episode 4: Comparing an OB Birth & a Midwife Birth with Cyndi Ray
MOMPowered Episode 4:Comparing an OB Birth & a Midwife Birth with Cyndi Ray
On this week’s episode I chat with Cyndi, teacher, future @rowhouseutc trainer & mom of 2. We dive deep into the differences between her first birth with an OB & Doula, and her second birth with the @midwivesofnj !
Listen in as she shares both birth stories, and how one was filled with trauma, and the other was filled with the strength she knew she had within her all along.
She recommends taking the time, those 9/10 months of pregnancy, to research what might be best for you & your family. Most midwives take transfers well into the 3rd trimester! And remember that you are capable of anything!
Your own story might be different, but if you relate to anything she said, feel free to follow her & chat more about her journey - @filthyfit_cleanbeauty ✨
Share this with a mama who needs the courage to advocate for herself, and baby, and know she has what it takes to change things up from the norm if that is what she truly wants. -

MOMPowered Episode 1: My Birth Story
For moms, by moms.
I wanted to start by opening my heart, and sharing my own birth story with everyone. I figured if I'm asking women to tell their story, I had to start with my own. Listen in to find out why I never got into the birthing tub, and how I coped with having a baby during a pandemic.

At the end of each episode, you will know you are not alone, and you may find more connections that help you relate to another woman's story than you even realized. -
