Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep145 - Get Over Indulgence with Duncan Bhaskaran Brown

Some people say that Duncan can help you to go beyond alcohol. But that isn't it. Duncan will help you increase your energy, power up your productivity, improve your relationships and enjoy the heck out of life. After 20 years of overdoing it, he cleaned up his act and trained with the world’s most successful stop smoking service. But that wasn’t enough.

He studied at Cornell University, the Chartered Management Institute and in a windowless room in Peterborough. But that wasn't enough. He wrote a couple of books, most recently ‘Real Men Quit’, the armchair macho guide to beating booze and finding the life you want.

Please visit: https://www.bhaskaranbrown.com/get-over-uk/ to learn more about the work he does.

Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep144 - Stop Doing. Start Being. with Mary Sanker

Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep144 - Stop Doing. Start Being. with Mary Sanker

Mary was once afraid that everyone would find out how incredibly ordinary she was and that would be her ultimate demise. She doesn't use smoke and mirrors, she is raw and honest and caring AF to be around. She believes in the magical mess of life and this informs her work.

For the past 15+ years Mary has supported women and men in making small daily changes that make a major impact on their lives. These simple, ordinary changes can get lost in the flashy online world and at times the topics that need to be addressed need more space to be looked at from the both/and, yes and yes perspective.

She focuses on educating women about changes that occur once they cross into the threshold of motherhood and how best to use this change to catalyst them forward vs staying trapped in the mother box. Mary believes that in a world where women thrive through cultivating their own inner gardens they will naturally give back creating more peaceful homes, happier relationships and a thriving society.

Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep143 - The Odd Mom with Britt Sandoval

A difficult childhood left Britt ill equipped to process the difficult things that had happened to her. For years, she turned to addiction and an eating disorder as she had underdeveloped coping skills and a lack of sound guidance. Years of self-work allowed her to cope in healthier ways, but still chasing fleeting fulfillment.

Her parenting journey led included a miscarriage while parenting children with a rare genetic disorder. A diagnosis of her neurodivergence left her having to re-parent herself in order to parent her children effectively. Ultimately, becoming a foster parent taught Britt the importance of learning about ourselves through our past experiences and helped her to develop tools to help cope.

In this discovery, she now has teh ability to find consistent fulfillment within her own self-connection and is now teaching others how to do the same by motivational speaking and eventually, through the launch of her books. (coming soon)!

    Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep140 - Evolutionary Men with Jason Lange

    Relatively Normal - S5 - Ep140 - Evolutionary Men with Jason Lange

Many men are struggling right now as the old paradigms of what a "man" is supposed to be are no longer relevant or even appropriate. Men's work is where we discover healthier ways to be in the world, and where we as men can shed the old "lone wolf" way of being.

Jason Lange is a men's embodiment coach, group facilitator, and evolutionary guide. He helps men drop in and wake up to deeper clarity in their life's purpose and relationships. He believes every man should be in a men's group for the growth and support opportunities they provide.

Jason is a certified No More Mr. Nice Guy coach, and has trained and studied with leaders such as John Wineland, Dr. Robert Glover, Jun Po Roshi, Tripp Lanier, and Ken Wilber.

Please visit: https://evolutionary.men/talk to book a free exploratory call with Jason to talk about what's going on in your life and how men's work and coaching might support you.
