How do we continue to grow the women in this space AND acknowledge the men that's been trying to help do it since day one?

We've all been around or on teams where we've seen a situation we don't agree with but simply keep it to ourselves or find ourselves sharing that info with everyone except the people who can make the change.



If you want to be on a team with a winning culture, be willing to have the hard conversations with the people who can make that happen.
