Drawing from her expertise in educational administration and athlete management, Dr. Zanthia specializes in providing athlete life coaching to parents of student athletes, leveraging her experience as an NBA mom. Her book, ALLEY-OOP! The Ultimate Assist for Parents of Athletes, earned her an Author All-Star award, and offers strategies for parental positioning and placement for raising champions on and off the court/field.

Additionally, Dr. Z capitalizes on her leadership experience to provide principal and instructional coaching, focusing on classroom management and social-emotional learning to new and novice educators in schools. Dr. Z also serves as a women’s empowerment speaker and transition life coach, guiding women through life transitions such as empty nesting and relationship changes through personal development coaching programs tailored around her soon-to-be released book entitled A.D.A.P.T. Her.

Finally, Dr. Z oversees the Reddish Family Foundation with her husband, Bob, co-founder of Impoweredd, LLC. They have two adult sons, Cameron and Aaron and reside in Atlanta, GA.
