Well known leader, community activist and Realtor Bill Baldwin joined me for a lively conversation.  We touched on his real estate path, the Houston Heights Community and things Bill and his team does to engage and improve the communities he and his Real Estate firm serves.  

Ken is the manager of the new Compass Realty office in The Woodlands, Texas, but he's not new to Real Estate.  Ken has been involved in Real Estate for 40+ years, most of it in The Woodlands, hiring, training and managing Realtors.  Ken gives us a great perspective on the 2 things it takes to make a Realtor successful.  Ken also shares a bit about the history/growth of The Woodlands, probably the most successful master community in the USA.

Hedley tells us about his path in Real Estate, starting while a student at UT Austin.  He shares several interesting stories and perspectives on the Real Estate industry and his role in it.  Now a perennial top producer with Martha Turner Sotheby's, he projects the Real Estate outlook in the year and years to come.

Ces took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to talk real estate!  Ces leads a team of 7 and had a great 2020 despite Covid.  Between appointments Ces shares his experiences and passion that makes him and his team a success.
