Hey hey guys! It’s me again, saying goodbye for a couple of weeks. I have been doing this podcast for a couple months now and I’ve noticed that I need to take a little break because life happens. I decided to make this a two part series since I want to teach you guys a couple things. This first episode is going to give you a little insight on how plant medicine has worked for me in shifting out of anxiety and depressive states to truly creating the life that I want with a more positive light. So many people are scared of plant medicine because of the stigma around it that they think it’s a drug. We have been told for so many years that they are bad for us but are they really?
