When we fail to fulfill a plan or goal of ours, we might blame our circumstances, our partner, our health -- but usually, the correct answer is that we failed because our willpower was not strong enough and we didn't want it enough to push through and succeed.
So, what now? Do we give up on these plans and dreams of ours? Do we resort to living with this unhelpful habit that we wanted so badly to quit because we clearly don't have the willpower?
No. There is more you can do, if you are willing to dedicate yourself to strengthening your willpower. It is possible, and high-performing people do this on a regular basis. Let me teach you all about it. -
