    Redefining Our Workplace Identity

    Redefining Our Workplace Identity

Welcome to episode twelve of the Design Your Vibrant Life Podcast. This episode is all about redefining our workplace identity. I discuss how our jobs can take more and more of our time. Sometimes to the point of becoming enmeshed in our work and our work starts to define us. Then when we no longer have that job we feel a great sense of loss. So before that transition its good to reestablish a sense of identity outside of the workplace. It is also a great time to reconnect with family and friends so that we feel like we have a support system outside of work. I share one of my favorite tools to help you look at these connections and see where you can strengthen your connections. If you are interested in learning more connect with me or grab my free GPS guide. This episode is the last in this first season and I will be back after the new year to bring you season two filled with all new episodes and interviews.

I discuss what small talk feels like to both the extrovert and the introvert.
