After three live births and one miscarriage when do you try for more children? What is your risk for another miscarriage? Technically speaking how many kids do you have? Do you tell people you have miscarried before or just never mention that it happened?

After 3 healthy pregnancies an unexpected miscarriage. Not really ever thinking a miscarriage would happen to me, and the questions that come with finding out you are no longer expecting.
