    In this Podcast we explore the massive subject of Anxiety. We look and explore what is Anxiety, its various types and how it feels for non-sufferers. We explore comparing of physical symptoms of Panic Attacks Vs Anxiety and also a simplistic side by side view of feelings related to depression versus Anxiety.  This week is pretty packed so we may need to re-visit some of the areas again to flesh things out further.     #8 EZ Conversations & The Theseus Project Podcast Interview

    This was something a little out there for me.  I've never been asked for my opinion on men's mental health before and this was an interview / conversation about The Theseus Project and the work we are attempting to do. Turns out that we have similar messages and we're both fighting the good fight in trying to break the stigma around men's mental health.     Hello there, This Week we look at depression, its symptoms and my experiences with it. How I dealt with and am still dealing with the thoughts and feelings as a result of depression. The physical, psychological, and social symptoms of depression are laid out and I use these headings to address my own experiences. I present 13 tips from how I handle dealing with depression - disclaimer: I'm not perfect, I'm still trying - Life is worth the effort!  Thanks for tuning into this latest podcast from The Theseus Project. I took my time with this one and recorded it in two parts but included in the same podcast. The software is a little hard to navigate, I'm getting better but this has been recorded slightly differently so I hope it sounds good and the podcast is a little longer than usual but I'm certain you'll  get value from it.
