2: A tool for your anxiety toolkit, w/ Dr Jodi Richardson Well, hello anxiety with Dr Jodi Richardson

    • 自我提升

Welcome back! Every now and again I'll be sharing with you a new tool for your anxiety toolkit and today is the first in this series within the podcast. These episodes are shorter than the interview episodes and are carefully designed to equip you with practical tools you can put into practice straight away. Today's episode is about metacognition, aka thinking about thinking. In this episode, I share my struggles as a child who worried all the time, what didn't help (and why) and what you can do instead to begin putting more space between you and what you're thinking to help manage worries, painful and difficult thoughts.

Thanks for listening to this episode of “Well, hello anxiety with Dr Jodi Richardson.”
