47. The Sassy Sober Life with Sarah Levy Failing Awesomely

Welcome back to the Failing Awesomely podcast! I'm Lindsey Garcia and today I have the privilege of sharing with you my awesome interview with Sarah Levy from thesassysoberlife.com. In this episode, Sarah shares her story of being in and out of recovery from alcohol addiction for the past 10 years and how she went from believing she was a failure to finally feeling free in her recovery journey. 

She talks about the problem surrounding the stigma of addiction and how that can keep people stuck in the suffering for so long, herself included. But Sarah found relief and a calling when she was open and honest about her sobriety to herself, to her friends and family, and to this amazing online community she built on instagram- @sassy_sobriety32.
