When it comes to health and fitness I have been my own worst enemy. For the past 20 years I have trained regularly but have never allowed my diet to match the intensity or frequency of my training.

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach I have only ever been concerned with the performance of the athletes I have worked with. As a Personal Trainer; I have realized how important it is for me to practice what I preach.
