    You don't need fixing. You are already enough as you are. Your actions are not YOU. They are just actions. Your mistakes are not YOU. They are just mistakes. And as humans, we make mistakes! Lots of them!! When you can let go of self-judgement and practice love and compassion with yourself and others, that's when true growth and happiness happens =)

    In this solo episode of Balance with Sam Podcast, I share some recent discoveries about myself after joining Amanda Bucci’s mastermind: what has been coming up is lots of fear, scarcity and judgement.

    I share some of my feelings that triggered self-judgement and why I’m learning to be okay with them. Did you actually know that judgement is the opposite of love not hate and it causes stress and unhappiness?
