    On this episode, I mention how I may be battling with an eating disorder or an appetite dysfunction. It also doubles as a way to slim down - The ability to eat ONLY when you are hungry. On this episode, I hadn’t eaten in FOUR complete weeks. On one occasion, I was hospitalized💔. I just forget to eat.     Day 9 - Start Scared or Regret Forever II | With Adelyne

    It’s a continuation of the previous episode. My guest rants on how it pisses her off that iPhone users too dey gum body to their phone too much.😅 On the other hand, I explain my own side of the story, how we are exhausted most times, have to deal with a lot of persons, give up the safety of our phones, and still send the content over WhatsApp or Snapchat. Your data go cry. It teaches you a lot of patience and how to interact with other humans.😅💜 We also discuss God. fooooood. It’s not a mukbang but we were eating on this one, made calls, and all. My guest dey chop ehhhhh. Again, it’s a real episode, she never knew I was recording but she’s given her permission to air this. I confess how I haven’t eaten real food in 4 weeks and my guest promised to deliver food to me (she did this the very next day!!!!!🥺🥺🥺) kaiiii! I hope you enjoy this one.     Day 5 - Go to Work, Return and Cook for Him immediately: The Struggles of Being an African Woman.

    On today’s episode, I read out a post by Solomon Buchi and make my comment on it. Basically, how a lady is expected by the African society to be a “strong” woman. Who defines “Strong”? Who thought it was a wise idea for women to have menstrual pain?😭😂 Does it entail having to give birth to kids immediately after the wedding too? Do you really have to sacrifice your personal career life for your new family as a woman? Isn’t it proper to only give birth whenever you are ready? Enjoy this one! Love, Oprah Dee💜💜💜
