    In this very informative episode the host’s return to discuss several relevant topics that are going on in the sport’s world. The host’s start the show by highlighting the trade that took place in the NFL that sent star Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans. The host’s then transition to basketball where the rest of the conversation is focused on hoops. The host’s start the topic off by discussing the high school McDonald’s All American game, where a couple of future Tar Heels performed well. Then, the host’s addressed what happened to the UNC Tarheels in their NCAA tourney loss, then they take a deep dive into the matchups this upcoming weekend and who they see advancing to the national championship. On the women’s side, the host’s discussed the LSU and IOWA game, they discussed the USC and UConn game, as well as discussed some of the key things that happened in the game/off the court with Angel Reese.     The host's of CSN The Network Podcast return this week to discuss the current state of the NCAA tournament on both the men's and women's side. The host's start the show by discussing some of the free agency moves in the NFL, where they discussed the biggest transactions to this date, and how the move helps certain teams get better to become contenders. With the NCAA tournament, we start the show by addressing our biggest take away's so far in the tournament, as well as the biggest surprises/let downs. We also addressed the UK and Coach Cal rumors, where we specifically addressed whether or not he should be fired. Great conversation where Dri made several great points. We also discussed the over achiever of the tournament so far as well as key matchups we are looking forward to in the Sweet 16. On the women's side of the NCAA bracket, we discussed the current programming of the women's games and whether we liked that the men's and women's games are being aired at the same time. We discussed the WVU and Iowa game, which drew in a record 4.9 million viewers, we discussed whether WVU got cheated or not. We discussed the All American team, and whether there were any snubs from the list which led to a healthy debate, then we previewed some of the matchups in the sweet 16.     Ep. 71 | Interview with UNC's PJ Hairston part 2 !!

    The host's of CSN The Network Podcast return for part 2 of their interview with special guest, PJ Hairston, NBA veteran and Carolina legend. In the second installment of this interview, we take a deep dive into PJ's high school career, his experiences playing in the McDonald's All American game, the Jordan classic game in high school, and his UNC college days as well as his professional playing career. PJ's sophomore year at UNC he was the leading scorer on the team. We talk about his biggest influences on his game, and his biggest influences on him as a man. In this part of the interview, we really focus in on his playing days at the University of North Carolina, some of his biggest moments and experiences that he had at the Dean Smith center, what it means to be apart of the UNC and duke rivalry as well as addressing his final year at UNC with what happened with his eligibility. This was by far one of our favorite guests/interviews we have done as we are UNC fans on the podcast. The way he answered all of our questions, really detailing his experiences at UNC and the teams that he played on, where his team won the ACC title his freshman year. He played with: Tyler Zeller, Kendall Marshall, John Henson, Harrison Barnes, Reggie Bullock, and James McAdoo, all of which made it to the NBA. He played on some of our favorite UNC teams because of the depth of talent that they had. PJ was always a great scorer, and a great shooter, his experiences at UNC and in the NBA helped shape him into a better man, as he is a great dad who provides for his family.
