Cannabis LawTalk is a podcast focused on the business, politics and law of the cannabis industry. Hosted by attorneys and business advisors Ken Foltz and Michael H. Sampson, members of Leech Tishman’s Cannabis Industry Group, this podcast has a national scope, with particular attention on the newest laws in California nd Pennsylvania. Cannabis LawTalk will offer listeners insight, guidance, legal analysis and industry developments on the cannabis industry in layman’s terms. Women in Cannabis
In this episode, we sat down with attorneys Tobi Lebowitz, the Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Jushi Holdings Inc., and Alissa (Ali) Jubelirer, a legal consultant in the cannabis industry, to discuss the status of women currently involved in or looking to enter the cannabis industry. Both Tobi and Ali entered the industry in the last 3-4 years and have experienced, even within that time, the growth in opportunities for both women and minorities to excel their careers within that space. This episode is all about learning to create a more inclusive work space for attorneys interested in entering this new field, and the benefits of getting into a less than traditional industry for women and minorities alike.

Governor Fetterman is in the midst of his run for the vacant Pennsylvania Senate seat left by Senator Pat Toomey, who announced he would not seek a third term.
