Cardiomyopathies with Professor Juan Kaski (Part 2‪)‬ Master the MRCPCH

    • 課程

This is the second of a two-part episode on cardiomyopathies. Join us as we talk to Prof Juan Kaski, consultant paediatric cardiologist and Director of the Inherited Cardiovascular Diseases Unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the first episode we defined what a cardiomyopathy is and discussed epidemiology and causes. In this second part we're going to go into more detail about the types of cardiomyopathy - dilated, hypertrophic and restrictive.
Prof Kaski has previously recorded an episode for us specifically on Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy for our Practicing Paediatrics series on GOSHpods. You can find it here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/653b9wwxKVgGRSvebXidsT?si=pckd2XMzQH6r-1fSTJ3Atg or wherever you get your pods.
