In this episode we talk with Emmanuel San Gil, or Coach Mann, who supervises and designs our workout regimen. Now that we're in an Enhanced Community Quarantine (essentially a Lockdown), going on a physical fitness program is even more critical. Coach Mann advises that if you haven't been in any fitness program before, to start out slowly.
