    Today i interview Jamie Geraghty about his new release of his book and how he is growing a sport in Ireland 



    Jamie Geraghty, author of 'Becoming Your Version of an Athlete', is the founder of Bar Monkey Calisthenics and the Irish Calisthenics Institution.

    Jamie is the first Calisthenics Athlete to represent Ireland in the WSWCF Calisthenics World Cup Super-Final and has been involved in coaching for over fourteen years.

    In that time, he has developed an Athlete Development Pathway for the sport, introduced the first coaching courses specific to youth development for Calisthenics, and created the largest Calisthenics club in Ireland. His coaching courses and programmes have been implemented in Clubs, Schools, Fitness Facilities and Local Sports Partnerships across the country
