Very Thorough

Hi itunes says im the first to write a review? hard to believe that. maybe they say that to every reviewer, hehehehe

Anyway these 2 people are very thorough in their diet, nutrition and exersize info.
Often they discuss the myths and facts and varying viewpoints with very clear explanations.
Although the content can be hard to listen to, i.e. they refer to lots of studies which invariably use numbers and statistics, they seem to make it mostly understandable.
Its also very motivationg, as they seem to be sincerely passionate about fitness. Love their enthusaism.
They cover conflicting viewpoints well by explaining why there are differenes in the information.
Feel free to use this on your podcast, and please keep them coming, I am enjoying them and learning LOTS!
