Love this podcast

I’ve been enjoying this podcast for about a year and half now. Like the host, Mary, I’m originally from Florida and I also used to the live in Japan. Among the many things I enjoy about the podcast, I love how aspects of the Japanese culture are sometimes incorporated. Japan has such a special place in my heart and there are so many wonderful things about the culture which work well in conjunction with meditating. Now as I’m working in finance, living in the big finance hub - Hong Kong, my days can be extremely stressful. I often carry my stressful days into my dreams at night which can be an overwhelming, unhealthy cycle and leaves me feeling absolutely depleted. Winding down each night with the different breathing techniques shared in the podcast helps to alleviate stress and there is a noticeable change in how I feel mentally and physically.
I like that the podcast creates a space of no judgment and allows meditation to be enjoyed in whatever manner works best for each person individually.
While I may have some similarities with the host, I think Mary is able to easily connect with listeners from all around the world as her genuine kindness and care for others is unmistakable.
