Matt Shaughnessy was abandoned as an infant, raised in the foster system, endured a failed adoption, bounced from home to home, juvenile detention facilities, and wilderness camps until he exited the foster system at 18. Matt's life story is distressing, but with his faith in God, a belief in something better, and pivotal relationships that inspired him, Matt was able to triumph and thrives today with his beautiful wife, Dawnelle, by his side, and their four children.
