Incredible...how bad the interviews are.

A great source of information but the interviewer is just terrible. Doesn’t know how to interview. I hope it will get better as time goes on.

What an incredible source for all the fitness professionals out there! There are so many great episodes but my personal favourite has to be the one talking about motivational cues. Barry shared so many great tips that took me years to figure out (I only wish he started this podcast earlier!). His knowledge and experience is a true gift that should share amongst as many fitness professionals as possible!
