The Zhou Must Go On
After five years away, the Chinese Grand Prix returned with a flurry of rain, flaming grass and an all-too-predictable result. Ollie, Phill and Terry dissect the race and sprint race at the Shanghai International Circuit and, be warned, Terry does some impressions. Also, we find out which F1 drivers Ollie nearly killed and saw in their pants.

Come Back To What You Know
After the merest hint in Australia that maybe Max Verstappen and Red Bull wouldn't dominate the season, our hopes were dashed in Japan as we went back to the usual format. Perez is still doing an impression of being good, Sainz is still doing an impression of being better than Leclerc, and Logan Sargeant's impression of a million pieces of carbon fibre is apparently contagious. Ollie, Phill and Terry talk about all that, and there's an insight into Terry's film career, too. He was in Skyfall, you know.

"Shove Your Tradition Up Your Spoon" - Japanese GP Preview
It's RACE WEEK, as it is just about every week. This time Formula 1 goes to JAPAN, which is normally at the end of the season but now isn't because tradition is a nasty word that we don't need in F1 anymore. Ollie, Phill and Terry reflect on your questions in the wake of the Australian Grand Prix – Sainz, Russell, Alonso etc – and then look ahead to the Suzuka showdown in the GREAT FF1S BIG PREVIEW, as we're not calling it. It has FACTS GALORE, some of which might even be true.

Super F1 Podcast
I've been listening to FF1S for the last couple of years. They are now pretty much the only F1 podcast I listen to. (Very occasionally I listen to the Autosport podcast.) The podcasts are offbeat reviews on the race weekends. They are often very funny. (I particular love the hilarious personal stories at the beginning of every episode.) Unfortunately, lately I notice Terry and Phil seem to happily say stuff that are rather prejudiced towards some cultures/countries without a second thought. I'm not a PC kind of person but I wish Terry in particular think a little bit about what his saying. (e.g. stuff about Indians/India and Columbia. Let's say I doubt they would say similar kind of stuff about women.) I hope I'm not the only non-white listener of the podcast. Anyway I still mostly enjoy the podcast. And hope they keep getting better.
