I am a BWOSS BWOSS

Welcome back. In today's episode I am joined by Chris from Route to Be who is going to talk to us about his career experiences, mentoring and entrepreneurship. BWOSS and Route to Be have partnered up to bring you a cross industry mentoring programme. A programme designed for anyone that wants to grow in their career, learn new skills or want someone to guild and help navigate themselves through their career path. We are looking for 40 mentee's and 40 mentors to join us on this programme.

Today I am joined by Rochelle, a good friend of mine who is a high school teacher. She will be sharing some of her experiences and giving us the facts and insight into the education system and how it bias again black students and also black teachers. A very insightful podcast that everyone needs to listen to.  

Dear Black People we need to talk. Our lives are at risk and we can no longer remain silent. We can no longer do the things we did before. We must unite and heal together #blacklivesmatter

This is a very passionate topic but we had to address this issue. We have all heard and read what is happening in our world. It is our duty to call out racism and change our world. Enough is enough, things must change, black people have suffered for years and it is time to rise against racism. We all bleed the same colour blood, we are part of the same race, the human race.
