I don't know where to really start apart from Hi, I have so missed my besties man :( not showing up here has well and truly hurt my soul more than you will ever know. The truth is this podcast was the beginning of our international community and empowered movement fam... not being able to share this with you for a year has taken its toll on me mentally and soulfully. But, it was needed in order for me to create this next glorious step (ok I will drop the gloria puns now) 

You know what they say you don't know what you have until its gone... we take that to mean a person but in actual fact it means things too, things we love to do but, have been too burnt out to notice its purpose in our lives.

If you are anything like myself you will know the struggle with weight loss and gain as a woman especially! I have suffered from eating disorders my whole life until my latter years. I dreaded pictures being taken and having to pretend to have a good night out when in fact I hated myself. It was a horrible mindset to be in and that is why when I found Natassia I just knew I had met my soul mate. 

Her story is so much more than losing 65kg and keeping it off for 10 years... its deeper than that. She is a trailblazer and leader in speaking about the reality behind hanging your damn life for the better. She talks directly to the heart of your triggers and helps dismantle them into something more digestible that you can work with and transform into the life you want and deserve!

HELLO FAM :) 

It has been a rocky road hasn't it? 
I have been on and off the air the past year more than I would care to admit haha! But, when all seems dark for me I always come back to my salvation which has always been breath and telling myself I can let go of all that weighs me down to realign with my purpose, come back stronger for the next level of my businesses and above all remind myself to be present and be grateful. 

I lost my balance and I got so overwhelmed with my very own expectations... can you imagine it! Finally becoming your own boss and treating everyone else like queens and treating yourself like shit! Doesn't add up sis... I had to have a self intervention and correct my bad self talk and behaviour. Self destructiveness is not the key nor the answer! 

You and I are so insanely valuable. Don't print something as fineeee as us like money sis we unique ;) 

I am indeed back but, as a brand new confident woman who is so ready for all the blessings she has worked so hard for.

Thankyou for standing with me sisters and truly seeing me

Firstly… What is popping fam! It has been a ridiculous amount of time since my voice was seducing your ears and for that I am sorry. Let me catch you all up on wtf has been happening in my life that made me go dark for a while online. Well, BISH I am glad you asked sis!
BURNOUT and OPPORTUNITIES bad combo. I had to have a real honest conversation with myself and drop everything to get a clear picture of what I wanted long term instead of short term. Confronting this short term mindset I have had this whole time was extremely triggering and above all it high lighted how unhappy I was in certain areas. That is the thing in life my loves.. with great opportunity comes great responsibility!
