Thank You! Farewell to The Zen Den and Hello to the "I AM" Mastery podcast
Aubrey and I talk about our experiences through the transitions we are all facing. We get really vulnerable in discussing the death of identity and rebirth of who we are becoming. We have been getting some really strong messages from the consciousness of "The Masters." They are a collective consciousness of mastery and are guiding us into the vibration of our new earth. They have powerful guidance for all of us and it is time to share. In that light, we felt that The Zen Den was not longer aligning with the messages that we are being asked to give.
We will be starting a new podcast called, "I AM" Mastery and we hope you all will join us. We will be sharing direct messages from "The Masters," regarding what is going on in our reality, how to navigate and how to align with the master within.
Thank you so much for all of the support you have given us and a special thanks to all of our guests! We love all of you and are so grateful to be on this journey together!

Interview with Nate Bagley: Relationship Expert, Author, Speaker, Husband, "Loveumentary" Creator, TedX Speaker, and All Around Inspiring Guy
Nate didn't start out the relationship expert he is now. In fact, he told us that he was not so savvy in that department in his 20's and it bothered him. He was inspired by the great relationships in his life and decided to educate himself. He took off on a cross country adventure, interviewing happy couples and gathering the how to's. It became his passion and now he is on a mission to rid the world of mediocre love. He shares his three pillars for a successful relationship, how to handle conflicts with empathy, and how he serves to empower wives through his program, "The Epic Wives Experiment." We were so inspired by his passion as well as the practical tools he shared with us. Nate is truly a WORLD CHANGER and we were so grateful to have him on our podcast.

A Message From the Masters: Guidance for the collective during transition on our planet
Aubrey and I had a rather interesting experience during a healing session we had this week. We had a different consciousness direct the healing work. They called themselves, "The Masters." The information we were given, took us to a place of more hope, understanding, and unity. It became very apparent to us that these "Masters" were those who had served in unifying and raising the consciousness on our planet during their physical time here and that they were now wanting us to be instruments in this together, while we navigate this uncharted territory in our humanity.
This is uncharted territory for us individually but we hope you feel the truth the way that we have.
May this bring you comfort and guidance, knowledge that you are not alone, and the empowerment to transcend the days ahead from fear to love. We truly are all in this together!
