Is it ADHD or Anxiety?
Hey friends! In this episode, I share my personal experience of being diagnosed with ADHD when I was 19 years old and how my symptoms and treatment have changed over the years.
While I am not a doctor, therapist, nurse or anything close to being a trained professional in this area, I get a little real about how I really feel about ADHD medication and the importance of a proper diagnosis.
Stick around to hear how I manage my ADHD and different tricks I’ve learned over the last 15 years.
In this episode, I pull information from the Mayo Clinic. Here is a link if you would like more information on Adult ADHD:

Let’s Not Compare Our Hards with Sam aka @mommy.realist
Samantha, aka @mommy.realist, who is the OG real mom on Instagram shares her experience as a stay-at-home mom to working mom and the challenges she faced finding her purpose and identity outside of motherhood. We discuss other topics such as the pressures social media puts on women to be a “perfect mom”, how we need to stop comparing our hards, how she navigates criticism online, balancing working in the medical field, mom life, running a small business, being a full-time content creator, and how relationships can change after having kids.
Sam has been a trailblazer for so many other women on social media to post the real and raw truths of what it’s like to be a mom and I’m so excited for you to hear our conversation!

Mom Advice
In this solo episode, I share a few pieces of personal advice on various topics related to motherhood. I was inspired by the one and only Renee over at the Mom Room Podcast where she shared 39 Pieces of Advice for her 39th birthday (go and listen to her two-part series because she has some great advice as well).
I also go on a rant about a viral video on TikTok from a mom who was shaming another mom at Costco for not leaving her child at home with their dad so she could eat her pizza in peace.
