From where I know her she is always about healthy food, cooking and testing different dishes and learning how proper nutrition can impact our life, constantly getting more knowledge on various universities and courses. She is always my go to person if I need more knowledge about diet or if there are some symptoms in my body which I don’t understand. She shares simple tips on how you can add more veg into your breakfast or how to make fast and healthy meals if you are a busy bee.
