Today's guest is Deni from Bulgaria (@myidiliya) she shares with us a real perspective of yoga and how we can adapt it right now in our busy lifes. She said:  "Yoga is very deep. Some may call it a science or discipline. It's just it has been here for so long that it has so many aspects, as we said, it's just about mindfulness and the philosophy and the way you live and the way you move and the way you understand your body.

If I have to use just one word, I probably use the word "life" as just a way of life and the way you understand life and your attitude towards life. The attitude towards yourself. It's so varied. You can meet yoga everywhere in everything, even in your day. If you don't actually practice yoga, for example, you don't have time for sports and yoga practice. If you just sit for five minutes and just observe or just think about your thoughts or your thought process or you ask yourself questions and try to be mindful, or if you just sit for five minutes and just breathe. This is also yoga and yoga is present in our everyday life. And many people don't know that. But if you have to say what is yoga, yoga is everything yoga is all of what is around us and how we react to it.
