The inner mean girl voice plagued me for years, taunting me every time I had an idea that I was super excited about. I let that voice win more times than I can count. Even now I still find myself occasionally needing to push back against the voice and that is okay! I know why she shows up and I know how to reframe her so that I can push forward.

Like Eminem once said "Success is my own option, failure's not"

So I ask you:
