There is so much beauty surrounding us everyday. Do we appreciate it, do we take a moment to embrace it? 

Have you found yourself judging what you see? What we may not find beautiful, somone else does.  We all have different tastes and will all go different ways to get what we want and in the case of this story to make someone happy and change their lives for the better even if it means sacrifiicng their own.

Now go out there and inspire!

We often associate strenght with weightlifting, with doing hard things.  And we are in part not wrong, we do need strenght to lift heavy things, we do need strenght to do hard things.  

Strenght is one of those words that for different people and different circumstances can mean different things.  

Regardless what that word means to you, I know one thing, you are strong, and you got this!

One of my weaknesses is focus, Plexus has helped me get stronger with focusing and having a clear mind.  To me that is one example, an other personal example would be I don't feel organized, but I try and follow people who give tips on how to be organized, to become stronger in that area.  

We all struggle with strenght in different areas of our lives.  Listen to this podcast to find that inner strenght.
