This is Season 2, As Season 1 (SHERNI CAST) was created in 2017. This is Navpreet's 2.0 version of sharing her how to's on how to deal with anxiety and depression, inspired by her own journey during her career as an Actor, Influencer, Instagrammer, and Online Creator. During the pandemic, we all faced unusual situations that we were not prepared for, which causes a lot of ill-managed anxiety and mental stress. This podcast is aimed to help put some of these issues under the lens and help figure out improved ways of helping diminish these issues and finding new ways of handling stress. Using Spirituality as the forefront of this podcast, Navpreet suggests it dives deeper than most techniques out there, creating the long-lasting and fulfilling results we all deserve.
